All Sales Are Final

Because every SpOtOn piece is custom-made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. Please review your selections carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged in Transit

We carefully inspect every item before shipping and do not send defective products. However, if your item was damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at designyourspots@gmail.com with photos of the damage.

Once approved, we will issue you a full refund to your original payment method.
